The major problem to any web designer and artist alike is plagiarism. Plagiarism is common to all forms of artistry, such as in making websites, paintings, in the realms of music and in the very concepts of literature. Science also fall victim in plagiarism because most newly discovered advances in most fields such as in science, technology, medicine and the like has been discovered already by some scientist or engineer from across the world. With that, rules have been set up in order to preserve the intellectual and property rights of both artist and scientist alike. The main problem relies on the jurisdictions that are centered in each country. Plagiarism occurs in everyday and is often based in almost any form. Singers often unconsciously change most of the lyrics of one song and are often shared to the world as an original. Authors write books that are based from another writer’s perspective and so the book comes out as if copied from an original context. Some designers unconsciously base their website from other designers and so it turns as if they have no originality whatsoever. The answer often lies in a series of techniques one may use to make each works of art original. For artists, they use certain paint brush techniques to express their own works of art while in writers, they use certain writing techniques such as the use of spelling and grammar to show others that they themselves made that book.
